「大般若転読会」

山形県山形市山寺にある宝珠山・立石寺。
毎年1月17日、本堂において、大般若祈祷法要が行われます。
こちらは、その法要の中の大般若転読会の模様です。
室内気温０度以下の場所で行われるこの祈祷は約１時間に渡り、
お坊さん達が経典を床に叩きつける音は圧巻です。
こちらのフィールドレコーディングは、坂本龍一氏のラジオ、
RADIO SAKAMOTOでもオンエアされ、絶賛されました。
